Every Zhasapp Digital product is delivered as a ready-to-launch package: the production build, deployment setup for your infrastructure, and the assets needed to run it (database schema, admin panel access, and documentation where applicable).

Mobile apps ship with store-ready builds and the configuration required for your developer account. Web platforms ship as deployable builds; full source code is available on request for selected products — contact us before purchase to confirm what is included.

Each purchase licenses the product for use in one end product — one app store listing, one domain, one deployment. Running a second instance (another store listing or domain) requires an additional license.

You may modify the product freely for your own use — branding, features, content, and integrations. You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the product itself, or offer it as a template or starter for other projects.

The license includes bug-fix updates for the version you purchased. Major version upgrades and new features may be offered separately. Custom development after delivery is quoted individually.

Support covers launch assistance and defect resolution for 30 days after delivery via our contact channels. It does not include custom feature development, third-party service costs (push notifications, maps, AI APIs), or DevOps for infrastructure you manage.

Products are priced in KZT. After payment confirmation, delivery or deployment handover is arranged within 3–5 business days. For customized deployments, timelines are agreed in writing before work starts.

Zhasapp Digital retains ownership of the underlying product and its code. You receive the license described above. Third-party components inside a product (open-source libraries, fonts, paid APIs) remain under their own licenses — we list them in the product documentation.
